Description
JD is a young boy raised by his grandfather to be the last hope for a world in conflict--but too bad nobody told JD! He's not the best student in school, and he's way more interested in the hottest new magical weapons than any conflict between good and evil. So when assassins from the Fourth World make their way up a living waterway to JD, will he learn to master the powers he's been entrusted with? Or will his adventure end before it begins?

I loved reading this. It's sitting under my bed right now and just typing is making me want to reread it. It had typical traits of the shounen genre and the main character is once again special in some way (my favourite type of main)

The art is nice, nothing special, but it is nice and easy to understand what is going on and such. The only bad thing i can think of about this, is well i haven't finished it yet and gya it leaves cliff hangers -dies-

So i'm a little bit over dramatic lol, but if you have the money and can get a copy of the volumes, go for it, its great!

First off, I don't read shonen or adventure manga. I find it generic and boring most of the times.

This manga proved to really draw me in, however. The idea of different worlds, different technologies, and the humor and drawing style were all very well done.

unfortunatly, the ending was heavily rushed, to the extent I was looking if I missed a page because it seemed to end mid chapter. If you're looking for a great complete ending this is not the manga for you. But you can gather that as you read by volume 4.

Great potential, but for whatever reasons it was rushed, and so I feel like a lot of questions go unanswered. Maybe a sequal will happen one day.

Retarded Ending

Well, it started out slow but the plot began to pick up around volume 2. It's not a bad manga, characters are not bad to read about and i kinda liked the plot (even though i have seen it many times), and i also like the art.

Most of it wasn't really a waste of time but the problem was the ending. How the hell did the mangaka manage to end it like that? It was just really abrupt and it made me fell like i wasted my time. I just have to hope they create a sequel or something.

Nice manga, but prepared to be dissappointed in the ending if you read.

Sequel?

The ending was extraordinarily rushed or at least it felt that way. At the same time the writing on the back of volume made it seem like there would indeed be a sequel. Does anyone have any information?

It was a good manhwa besides the bad ending (if it is one). Unfortunately there is not enough development on the plot of the story and the greater part of four volumes was spent on side characters. At sometimes the plot was a little bit confusing but a little thought corrected that.

Going to give it a 7, will bump it up if a sequel is released/announced.
