What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?

Description

the story started out really nice, i love the plot and everything but the girl, she makes me want to kill her. She is so weak, like words can not explain how much i want to change her so much, i usually dont read when it involves girls like her but, i thought i would give it a try... very disappointed.

A+ for the drawings though.

If you like the weak female lead thing well this is for you...
