Cute and Amusing but Lacking in Romance
by VWombat

Rating: 7.6  / 10.0
When I say that the romance is lacking, I mean the characters are lacking. They're boring, and they don't have enough depth to be really appealing. Their motivations are either cliches or as is the case with the heroine's friends, "this seems like it'd be interesting". The bits of it that are cute don't really make up for that failure. They rely too heavily on the setting - an eroge company. They're also a bit too repetitive. The comedy is pretty good, but I'm afraid that it exists entirely in my mind because I laugh at the scenes clearly intended to be comedy and the more serious scenes alike. I was also half-asleep while reading, so that might be why. With that in mind, the score is adjusted to be lower because of the failures I can objectively see, but I subjectively found it more enjoyable than that.

Mediocre
by MangaGhost

Rating: 5.0  / 10.0
Art is ok, but not very detailed. Backgrounds are mostly simple. Characters for the most part are very 2 dimensional not much depth to them. Initial concept of girl as eroge voice actor is interesting, but its mostly played for humor (the embarrassing kind) and ecchiness (titillation). So pretty much its all around mediocre, which is a shame because the setting (inside a eroge game company) could be interesting but is wasted. Other ecchi manga have provided deeper and more interesting relationships between characters (more drama) this one so far is just weak ecchi comedy. This is not a great series, nor is it particularly good maybe ok at best. Its just not good enough for me to continue, but if you like ecchi and what I said doesn't bother you then you may like this series.

Now in defense (I dont really want to but to be fair) there have been other reviewers which posted (at this time still up) totally misleading information about this series. They have put in spoilers, probably as a joke or because the series turned them off so much, that never happened in the manga. There is a lot of ecchi manga out there and quite a bit of it has absurd comedy settings and situations. It often includes high school age protagonists and much of it is crap that panders to many otaku's interests. Still it doesn't justify putting stuff in spoilers that never happened. You can slam a series without putting in stuff like that. I hope that reviewer will edit their comments accordingly.

I dont like it and I read Hentai

I will only post that since the romance in volume 1 disapear and was changed in volume 2, I have a bad feeling, how a onichan love, become a girl that only is embraced enter in ecchi mode. The story and scenes are ridiculous, is more a wild fantasy of the author of how will be a seiyuu of erogames, I saw the true behind the scenes, and was pretty much like a movie, here the seiyuus are like porn artist or sluts than seiyuus. I dont recoomend this has a fun read, is most like a read to fap thinking about the embarrasement and the ridiculous situation of a teenager in a ero industry.

Some comments about this series are misleading. This is series isn't any weirder than most of the weird stuff that come out of Japan. Especially if you are experienced hentai reader its not that weird at all. And I don't why it will creep you out if you can stand hentai.

That being said, this series is all right. Not awesome, but fun to read. And interesting.

Agreement with jarrow

I really liked it in the beginning... the premise was risky, but the heroine cute, and everything still made a bit of sense in the context.

But during the last few chapters stuff stopped being funny and really became creepy. The main character is pushed into situations be groups of older people, and reinforced that her abnormal behavior is just fine... when it is definitively not.

ok...first of all i don't find this funny at all....the jokes follow the exact same tired formula throughout
"ooh i'm just a teen saying naughty things in the microphone...i'm so embarassed"...if your idea of comedy is a young girl saying things that she shouldn't, then you will laugh with this more than i do

my interest with this manga lies in that its taking place in a h-game company and specifically the seiyuu work they do for their games...so i was getting some inside info about that while reading the manga...but i don't think i do anymore so i don't really know y i'm still reading it

Fronzel's comment is the one that describes the manga better than any other comment and his last sentence is the essence of the manga actually! what he correctly describes as a girl awaken to her sexuality is just an unwanted by-product of the story...the real intention of the mangaka is to service the fans, appeal to the senses of hardcore lonely otaku...it's very blatant actually while u read the manga....he's trying to do nothing else but invent scenarios to make the readers feel turned on by this girl...voyeristic exploitation i call it...the art is admiteddly lacking many things (backgrounds, the characters are drawn with very few lines, the panels are humongous most of the time, many times you can see 2 panels per page with just one character drawn in them...the art is not bad per se but it's terribly simplistic and not up to the normal manga standards)...

having said that it's a light read and i've read worse things than this manga...i can keep on reading it eventhough i'm not in the target audience of the manga

slightly weird...but unique

i was hesitant about picking this up since i tend to stay away from ecchi, plus the whole 'erotic' thing was kind of woah.
But this manga is strangely interesting. It's unique with intense moments that make you glance around to check that no body can see what you're reading, as well as hilarious moments that make you want to share them with the closest person.
And kanna's innocence (which is NOT like the weak, useless shoujo heroine innocence) stops the erotic backdrop from making the manga too seedy.
pretty good.

Clever...but creepy

Mostly just an exhibition of Japanese's obsession with embarrassed girls, which I happen to find extremely tiresome.

Beyond that, it’s interesting as an ecchi series in that it’s focused on sexual feelings themselves rather than the exposure of flesh, and it’s not a bad story to see an adolescent awaken to her sexuality, and especially a girl, since female sexuality is typically ignored…but it’s really just all in service of that obsession with embarrassed girls, which renders it rather voyeuristic and tawdry.
