Better than I remembered!

I read this for the second time and it's better than I remembered! It starts out so serious that it's almost laughable(the characters). Until the chapter 3 extra. It throws caution to the wind and it's really sweet and funny. I was surprised to see Nirasawa make such a cute face and what said while making that face was really funny.
I loved all the stories except the last one. The ending for the last one really spoiled the mood. The looks and personality of the uke wasn't to my taste. Contrary to the uke in the 2nd story.
He is more my type. He's cute and naive, a bit stupid and a crybaby.
I also finally noticed the nurses skirt was indeed short.
I really love stories like these, love between yakuza, and doctors who sexually harass their patients(with love of course).

Just finish reading this one!
I totally agree with videlmegami;
"Sadistic, masochistic and hardcore all mixed into one!"
I really like the first couple, Kabu-san and his will-do-anything-for-Kabu-san Nirasawa >____<.
Nirasawa is such a hot uke<3

Other stories aren't very impressive and I wish Sensei could cut them off and write about Kabu-Nirasawa more in a full volume.

Couples of people below me already said what I think
so, just remind you again that it contains BDSM, Smut, angst.
If you can accept such things, this manga is great for you! : ]

Like everyone else here already said, the main story (ch.1-3) is just so SMEXY. The art is GORGEOUS (I don't usually like the Yakuza with goatee & tattoos type, but hot damn did Kabu-san melt me into a puddle). Not to mention the smut scenes are just completely drool-worthy. In other words, sexy Yakuza + BDSM + angst + smut = PERFECT.

The other stories (ch.4+5) were forgettable; how I wished the main story was extended into a whole volume!

I absolutely LOVED it! Although the few reviews here didn't like it too much, and said it was "unrealistic" I still feel it's pretty good...but it may be just because the art was just totally awesome that pulled me into loving it.

Spoiler (highlight to view)
Well, the relationship between the two is really sweet because Kuba-san (the yukuza guy) can't understand Nirasawa's love for him because it's too deep. I mean, since Kuba was brought up as a yukuza, you can forgive him for not trusting anyone. So Kuba tries many times tormenting Nirasawa to unconsciously "test" his love for him and Nirasawa never backs away to Kuba's sadistic tests. Anyways, it's pretty hardcore in some cases so if you not into those then it may not be for you...

I agree with one of the person below me when he says that the rest of the manga isn't that great...it's mostly the first 3 chapters about Kuba-san and Nirisawa that are awesome...the rest fell below my expectations and as said the art wasn't quite as nice...well the seme was really pretty and hot...but the uke looked like a totally normal guy who doesn't deserve to be loved by the seme...

Main story?

The "main story" set was worth it...
Everything else was kind of meh...
The art was nice in those 3 chapters...
And the extra made me laugh.
Lot's of smut, cute moments, but then... A lot of torture...
The dialogues were a bit corny, but whatever...~~
It's was a nice little read...
I'd drop the oneshots if I were you though.
...
All the other ones were disappointing.
Even the art wasn't as good...

try it if your into torture/humiliation, but personally i found it unrealistic. he is willing to murder Nirasawa because of the organization or whatever he is in and yet in chapter two he says he doesnt need anything as long as he has Nirasawa, uh hello? wasnt he trying to kill him, and he even let some other guy beat him?

So far out of all Ike Reibun's works the first two stories dealing with Kabu and Nirasawa are probably the first time she tried something outside her borderline plot-less romantic stories and with some success. The characters in "Bi no Isu" and "Anya no Tsubute" feel more fleshed out than the characters in her other stories. Kabu is a homophobe and a sadist who can't admit that he loves Nirasawa, Nirasawa loves Kabu to the point where his own self-preservation is meaningless to him as long as he can be of any use to Kabu and that's something Kabu has trouble to understand. Nirasawa doesn't whine and accepts everything Kabu dishes out, Kabu stays in character till the very end. The last part of "Anya no Tsubute" seems to be conclusive, so I'm not sure there will be more stories about them, although I surely wouldn't mind if there were more.

Right there isn't much of this volume released yet, but it's definitely one of the better Yaoi manga out there. And it's quite simple why, unique short stories (or at least what has been released), a bit of a cute uke, some yakuza themes, a bit of sex and add in some sweet toys. The first story I predict isn't finished yet (otherwise the ending isn't very complete) but thats where the hardcore themes are but very very sexy yakuza bishes, The fourth and sixth chapter (both belong to the same story) are a more delicate and sweeter kind which has a hint of sex. The only thing missing is that if that is all there is for that story, then it just doesn't feel 'complete'. I hate that feeling, so until the whole volume is released and I can be proved wrong, I just don't feel the endings are adequate enough for me. But bloody hell, the art is gorgeous. Mangaka is very talented.
