Like the other reviewers have commented, Takashi is a really big douche in this story. It's consistent enough that it's the main thing you're going to be thinking as you come away from the story. I was really hoping that near the end that jerk persona would lower and he would act a little more vulnerable and human, but nope he's a tool until the end.

It's a short story so you won't lose much time reading it, but you also wouldn't miss much if you gave it a pass.

This being tagged as 'male yandere' and it being about meganes made me pick it up (it's a shameful fetish of mine too) and I had to say, it wasn't so bad. I just wished there's more story than the "jealousy" trope being played out lots of times. The comedy parts where the characters are 'chibified' are cute and fun to read though.

And anyway, I would have rated this a 7 if it wasn't for the oneshot in the end. That one is awful and I couldn't find either characters tolerable like the main story's.

I can't believe I actually finished this! And the oneshot too! I'm actually quite proud of myself, and have added it to my list of achievements.

Now if you'll excuse me, I need to wash my mouth out with cotton candy to rid myself of this sour taste. -_- (We always refer to cute romance stories as "fluffy" or "sweet", so I think cotton candy is the perfect term and hope it catches on. xD ...Let's just ignore the fact that in reality I despise cotton candy... ^^')

I love meganes *drools*. The main story is okay I guess since it *somewhat*, a tiny bit justifies his jerky actions, and well, it is my fetish so sush! Although I hate the last story, even if he's a hot megane, that guy is a NO. Idk I'm a hypocrite aren't I lol.

He may be a jerk, but she's also a girl who's ready to give her body to another guy everytime she doesn't get her way. I hate manga like this to begin with. There are both crappy people. I will say one thing, A jerk can always change for the better, but you can never get over your loved one sleeping around. people must read this for tne softcore sex scenes because the actual story sucks,

Well, if you like jerks, you'll probably love this. That's what the guys in this manga are all presented as. Oh, don't get me wrong - they have their plusses and they're awfully cute. BUT... They're jerks. This manga totally follows the recipe of, "Guy treats girl like crap; Girl responds by acting out; Guy gets mad that girl acted out; Girl takes this as sign of Guy's true love" There also is quite a few forceful moments that kind of don't play out right in my mind. I'm not opposed to a good force moment in a shoujo manga, but these just came off as guys who didn't give a crap about the girl - not guys being forceful with a girl they like.

I'm not saying it was a bad manga, necessarily. It was entertaining enough for a one volume story. I just found myself growing weary of the jerk syndrome by the end of the volume. I definitely needed to switch to some manga with worthwhile guy interests afterwards!
