I was a little skeptical about the whole master/servant relationship when I first read about this title. I was completely mistaken. I generally stay away from titles like that but I'm so glad I took the chance on this one. First off, I fell in love with the protagonist almost immediately. I absolutely love personality types like that. She was cute, shy, clingy and emotional, it drives me wild. My opinion might be bias based on that fact if the rest of the story wasn't so amazing. I was impressed with how it all came together at the end and made for a really nice ending. The other great thing was there was just enough "smut" to be hot, but not so much as to be pure smut. There was also enough romance and light tones to keep me eagerly reading. Lastly, the art was was really nice too. I am sure I am leaving something out so I'll just say "Fuaaa!" Why do I feel like I need a smoke?

If you're familiar with the traditional smut route, then you'll understand how its just full of pretty people bullying the crybaby mc and molesting them in each chapter - not that the mc is particularly against it. But the difference this manga expounds upon is the switch in sexes. Instead of the cold male lead who is gifted in all things, we have a cold female lead who is gifted in all things. A single itsy bitsy change and suddenly the manga is leagues better than the other smut out there. Being a yuri reader I'm not picky with what I can get and sometimes seeing artists/authors use the cliches exhausted out in the mainstream straight titles, somehow miraculously revitalizing them by splashing them with yuri....I rather like the idea.

SO! You like smut? You like yuri? Not bothered by cliches as long as it's yuri (it's shameful but that's me for you) - ? Then what are you waiting for? Yuri smutty romantic paradise goodness awaits.

You'll be finished with it in a few hours. One if you are a fast reader, it dont have much of an overhanging story except in the last few chapters. It is all over the place and highly unrealistic.

Also one of the cutest Yuri manga's I've read. It is cute, light hearthed, romantic, with great humor and characters. Good drawings and design. And the ending on volume 3 is just... Adorable really, no other word for it.

Overall, this is a pretty cute title. I love the blushing Yume and her embarrased fumblings. But the master/servant relationship bothers me occasionally. It's not terrible, just kinda' rubs me the wrong way a little, sometimes.

I should also mention that the ... smut (is that the right term, here?) portion of each chapter is actually pretty great, and ends up making Yume that much more adorable. If you're looking for something light-hearted with plenty of girl/girl action and a healthy dose of cute, you'll like this one.

Every aspect of this manga reads like a doujinshi of Marimite. That said, it's pretty enjoyable, especially for yuri smut. The art is nice, and while sometimes it starts feeling episodic (They meet, she becomes Himemiya's servant, they fool around. They have lunch, some girls get jealous, they fool around. And so on), it hasn't lasted long enough yet to get old. Hopefully there'll be something fresh in the 2d volume. Not gonna count on it, though. ^^;
