From Toothpaste Scanlations:

Only the rich, upper-class students get to attend the private school, Ootari Gakuen. The ordinary girl who transferred to this campus was Oogisaki Minori. Minori originally dreamed of having a happy school life, but she never thought that there would possibly be a reputative Student Enforcement Council full of cute guys, who through their strict rules, control the whole school! Not only that, but on Minori's first day of school, she was picked on by them!

Also includes:
Happy Tea Time
Instead of going overseas with her parents, Nao decides to live with some relatives who own a cake shop called Peach Garden. The owners had to go to Tokyo so that left Nao with their three sons. Will Nao be okay living in a house only with guys?

Whenever I read manga, I absolutely must withhold any thoughts that the setting is impossible. If you can believe in this story of such a school, you will definitely enjoy these pure feeling one-shots. Like fatenight1 stated, you have to read the omake parts because they are hilarious. Personally, I didn't like Happy Tea Time (the fourth story) because I felt the female cried too easily. Definitely not a strong one-shot to end the collection.

I read the earlier post and almost decided not to read this. Glad I read it anyway! It was very light hearted, with its no drama attitude and comedic situations. The stories don't go past the

point in which the romance actually takes place.
But even so, they all were a nice read and would surely recommend them. Especially the omake,

there is not just one heroine here. not romantic at all. it didn't focus in one love story and let it blossom. argh. it will not pass to a "so-so" rating even if you're just bored and have nothing to read. -___-

A small establishment of stories that are mainly about a supposed 'student enforcement council' that enforces strict rules on the students to 'protect' them, who apparently, according to chapter 2 have more power then the principle himself. Thats right. A group of teens are basically ruling the school and the principle has no power to stop this in a way that does not involve blowing things out of proportion. But I guess the main point is the romance. The first 3 stories were a drag but were a bit cute, I guess. The 4th story was an obvious cliche set up so I skipped through that one. The 7 page omake ended the manga and I was glad to see it. I was actually more concerned over the whole

'teenagers firing their own principle' thing that happened in chapter 2, since that made no sense to me at all.
