Description
Toshiko Kurosawa leaves the countryside and moves to Tokyo. In the cities, the status of kogals improved, and even people who could not be called kogals began to call themselves kogals. In order to clarify the criteria for judging kogals, the government established an organization called ``Kogyaru Sushi'' to train kogals. And Toshiko knocks on the door of ``Kogyaru Sushi'' in Shibuya in order to become a fine kogal!
