Description
Otozaburo Hanada (commonly known as Otoyan), a sushi chef from Osaka, lost his fiancée to illness, and even after a year had passed, he was still unable to work. He ends up being taken care of by Akane Sushi in Tokyo due to the arrangement of his boss who can't see what he's doing.

After many ups and downs, it's the sound of finally putting an end to the past and getting back on your feet.

Otoyan struggles and grows through sushi competitions, helping other restaurants, and interacting with troubled customers.
