Description
One night after leaving a club where he was playing trumpet Ryō Takagi is jumped by a motorcycle gang. The scuffle spills out into the streets and causes a traffic accident. Because of this, Ryō is arrested and forced to do time. Upon his release, he has developed into a skilled boxer but trouble continues to find him.

40% is about boxing in stadium for claim champion (WBA,WBC,IBF) belt

Dark and tragedy manga ,very tragic one.
This story is about two man who destined to be rival. one is like angel or even jesus , one is like devil or even satan. At first they had scheduled to box in tournament (<--if my memory is correct) but some unfortunate event occur then they couldn't box each other. Ryo life continued doom in deepest misfortune events again and again. While his rival continued lucky time after time.Two of them pose/image is opposite for each other. At last they fight for some big title (WBA or whatever) world champion in the end. (Result is so unexpectable)
Be warn,This manga is full of violence , blood and gore .Still it's good boxing manga.
