I really like the art and design of the main character and even the side characters. It sets up the basis for a horror story very well and I even like how the individual panels carefully reveal the characters' expressions and thoughts. The artist made sure that the main characters would stand out from the background and also from the rest of the people.

In terms of writing, the horror and suspense are pretty much lacking in the first few pages and only does it tighten up in the last few pages.

As a result, it isn't that horrifying or suspenseful as the entire plot is already laid out for the readers' eyes, instead of keeping them guessing on what would happen next. So for a horror oneshot, it's decent and just a tad creepy but just don't expect much.

Kind of reminds me of a childrens' fables.

Looking at the picture and remembering it immediately... doesn't that alone tell you it's worth reading? And remembering? I mean, it's only eight pages! Check it out, but only if you like sweet & creepy stuff
