I won't say that this manga is horrible cause I already read worse stuff, it's just that it's boring. You'd expect something more spicy from yaoi with S&M play, abuse and manipulative seme. This story is superficial, the plot is very simple and the execution is wrong. There are three main characters in the whole book, nobody else. Just once, for a brief moment, two nameless supporting characters showed up and one of them even said something. I mean there's no background for the story. Moreover the art is so-so, there's nothing pretty to stare at inside this book. It took me less than 30 min. to finish this manga so I'm not even angry that I wasted my time.

Worst thing I've read in at least 10 months, literally

This maga is honestly so bad it's actually pretty amazing lol. And no, the subject matter has nothing to that. I'm talking about the terrible, terrible delivery on the artist's part and the incredibly inadequate story-telling on the author's part.
For someone who's been drawing manga for awhile this artist is absolutely horrid at actually telling a story in manga form. She has no idea how to use panels and transitions to connect plot points into a cohesive read, does not understand what either pacing or framing means in creating an actually readable manga, and is just frankly bad at drawing the characters' expressions/motions themselves. The only thing she seems to be good at is drawing static chibis with no dynamics or nuanced emotions, but those chibi drawings were only published on her Twitter account anyway and have no consequential impacts on the manga whatsoever. In other words, the art did nothing to help redeem the plot which was already quite superficial without any real substance to it in the first place. There was literally no character development and persuasive justification for any actions that the characters made. Everything that went on was as one-dimensional and skin-deep as could be.

It's painfully obvious that the manga wanted to be this dark, edgy 'erotic' tale so desperately when the reality is it's sadly anything but. With their current level of skills both the author and artist still have a long way to go before they're able to produce a book that won't be deemed less than subpar, to say the least, like this.
