From Aerandria Scans:
A doctor, a hero, a villain, and A LOT of misunderstanding. A very touching story.

Oneshot (Complete)

this manga remind me about the hoopla nowadays about the stem cell research, genetic modification and the such. they are all afraid of progress, really everything is for the betterment of people but nothing is 100% safe. personally i would love for the mayor to die of disfiguring disease like leprosy and such, such a bastard.
Such a wonderful story, it really captures the character’s emotions well and takes you along with them. The premise is very well done, and thanks to the wonderful character's created it is so well executed! I really have nothing to complain about, story, art, character's, pacing, ending, themes, everything was so amazing! Just ignore the summary, it's a terrible summary that almost stopped me from reading it because it seemed to boring! It was everything but that!
10/10 Loved it!
I thought that the story was cleanly written. The concept of medicine was an interesting thing to explore. In fact, I liked how the author handled it by turning medicine into something *feared, which is a very different feeling for us, for we trust the power of medicine. Not a lot of information was explicitly given about characters and the situation, but what we needed to know was beautifully woven into the story.
Also, the author did a wonderful job of using the important information of this tale to put together a oneshot that was short, but powerful, and leaves you thinking. Basically, the author showed a lot of great skill in short story telling.
