Cute

The story was sweet and funny, but without many surprises. The problems always got quick and not very spectacular settlements, but somehow the storyline was really enjoyable. As a lightread it can be just the thing that will brighten up your day.
The artwork was cute, and I especially appreciated the expressivity of the characters.
All in all I recommend it to any fan of this genre or to anyone who has a bad day.

Very sweet story, i was only annoyed with one of the characters Naoki (Spolier) he is the guy that tries to steal Akari from Ryusie, he was annoyingly obsessed with Akari, i wanted to kick him a few times, and tell him to leave Akari and Ryusie alone. Ryusie was such a sweet guy, he loves Akari so much, and i love how he is himself when she is around.

Overall, I think it's a really cute story. There's nothing too dramatic, so the two volumes are just enough to cover a nice story without feeling like it's too long. I think it's a bit interesting, since I haven't read a manga that deals with kabuki yet. However, the plot is a typical shoujo one and the characters do seem to fall in love quickly. If you're looking for a cute and sweet story then you should read it, but if you're looking for something with more substance then this isn't the story for you.

Its cute, typical shojo manga but honestly don't expect anything mature like in other shojo's. Its very light and cute. Nothing major, just fluffy :3

And I can't say it really moved me at all. I found it a bit repetetive and dull. The hero and heroine fell in love too early in the series. There was very little drama in everything. I don't know... It just seemed lackluster. But then, I read the serialized version. Maybe when it's all read in one sitting, it comes off as more of an enjoyable light read.

Have just grabbed my copy. Typical story I guess. The guy doesn't like to socialize, (he tends to glare at people so that they won't bug him) he mostly talks with his cat or his best friend. Until his encounter with the girl who doesn't leave him even when he glares at her. The only girl who he can tolerate to be with. lol

I like The King's Pawnshop better though
