Description
A teacher is looking for a school by the name of Seishou Academy, as he is a new transfer teacher for that school. Seishou Academy is known for having students with excellent marksmanship. However, he gets lost along the way and decides to look for someone who knows where the school is at a summer festival. He encounters a girl at a shooting range and finds her marksmanship skills to be professional. The girl tells the new teacher that she is an assault rifle, not a student. While the idea of the manga was a novel one at first, the series went on for too long. 14 volumes is already a lot of attention to ask for a reader, but the cherry on top was the incredibly long hiatus with seemingly no end in sight.
Now we know -as of 2023- that it'll end in volume 17, but it seems to be a case of 'too little, too late' for this manga.
On a more positive note, if you really enjoyed the mangaka designs, you might as well look for his doujin work, at least those are (mostly?) finished storylines.
Bottom line recommendation: avoid reading this; maybe watch the anime without looking any further into this.

While the idea that girls ARE the guns may seem weird, this works out well since the girls got characteristics of the guns they present.
The Manga is sometimes funny and has some action with heavy gunfights, but since they can't kill each other it's action without too much drama around it.
The Manga feeds the readers with a pile of Gun-history and detail knowlege about weapons. I'm not interested in Guns at all, but combined with cute Manga girls it gave depht to the characters and the 'world' of human guns.
