Yukito Kunisaki is a man traveling Japan in search of the "girl in the sky". So many unanswered questions in this one.. makes it impossible to remember it fondly. After i finished reading it i had so many questions i couldn't even think about the pilot generally. still its a good read despite its fails
Strange, but I have to give it an eight...
I mean I CRIED yet I didn't really understand what happened at the end/climax!!
The whole thing with the girl in the sky being alone was just really touching.

this manga leaves a peaceful impression.
the characters have a strong characteristic too, especially the main heroine, misuzu.
i like this. but i don't really understand, and this manga left so many questions in my head.
there's many more question i have inside my head, but those are what i want to know the most.
so many mysterious events, but still this manga is good.
however, i'm glad that the ending is a bit different from the anime and the visual novel version.
i haven't watched the anime though, but from what i read in some other website, the ending is defferent from the anime. and the ending for the movie is also different too. so i think i have to watch it all.
hopefully it would help me to understand more.

i like this. but i don't really understand, and this manga left so many questions in my head.

1. yukito's body vanished and his soul resides inside his doll to support misuzu? how can that happen?
2. what is misuzu's sickness?
3. misuzu recovered suddenly after her sickness worsen? and suddenly she also regained her lost memory again?

unlike in other media(s), misuzu wouldn't die and she finally recovered from her sickness and yukito's effort that cost his life didn't end in vain

But way too depressing for my tastes. Sure, the ending is somewhat satisfactory. But still. Made me way too sad.
Oh yeah, and if anyone's wondering the whole thing (both volumes) are translated and up online by now.

The manga was okay...
Go watch the anime -- in my opinion its soooo much better
I dunno what it was about the anime but i couldnt stop watching...
the story line was less confusing even if it was hard to follow in the manga..
anime = interesting/intriguing

There is no real plotline... it just follows a bunch of out of ordinary events in a particular town. The anime is slightly better in my opinion
