In the space as it currently exists, there is not another manga exactly like this, where it doesn't have the sex and the elements of melancholy remain throughout the whole thing. I know because I have read them. Idk if it's perfect by someone else's standards, but this is perfect to me.
Kazuki and Haruki are brothers, one beta and one who grew up believing he's beta. Haruki has a best friend who he loves and eventually married. But Haruki develops an illness and dies. Kazuki sets out to find their loved one and accepts all the conditions the omega sets down. All the things Haruki was not able to complete, Kazuki does, but it's a beautifully melancholy road to love and acceptance.
