Whew! The art of this one is absolutely incredible! It is a beautiful, complementary re-envisioning of the canon with a style that is more finely-penned and full of realism.
The story plays out very softly and deceptively simple in the style of mangaka like Est Em or Yoshinaga Fumi (with more detailed illustrations.)
The panels are unusual for shounen ai: they are all very symmetrical and rectangular and paced steady; I could almost hear the calm heart beat: thump, thump, thump as I read at the layout's pace.
