It seems to take place in an AU where Sasuke went back to the village with Naruto at some point (he's still wearing a certain outfit).
Naruto's been gone on a mission for too long, leaving a worried Sasuke behind at their home.
It totally has that Ninja Life feeling. They cling to what they have because either of them could die at any time on a mission. Yet it actually has a domestic feel to it that I really liked. The sex wasn't just about pleasure but reaffirming that they were both still there and whole.

I could barely finish this as the chubby faces were so bad, especially on Sasuke.
Another distracting factor was the fabric of Sasuke's top. Yes, the fabric. It seemed overly soft compared to the stiff material Kishimoto illustrated. I guess I just really disliked the art to the point of noticing these minor details.
The sex was ruined by the art and the story also wasn't engaging enough to save this work.
