A little disapointing

The ending was just kind of blah. I'm not even sure if anything was every really reolved at all. There was no moment at all where the couple came together. It leaves you with a sense that they will be together someday, but I wanted to see them togher in the manga, otherwise I wouldn't of read it.

horrible plot

I have to admit, that I just read the first chapter. But I don´t like the female lead. She´s boring and dumb. And I can´t stand how she could see something good in the cruel actions of the male lead. How dumb could you even be? She hates him. She hates his attitude. But sometimes she thinks his asshole attitude are good?! I don´t know if I read the rest. But somehow I can even predict the story line. She will hurt the good guy and go out with the bad guy. And the reason: Her feelings says so. Yeah, where´s your sanity? The male lead is clishé. The typical asshole you would never go out in reality. At least when you are not as dumb as the female lead. I wouldn´t recomend the story. biggrin The art is good so I give the story a 4. But just because of the art.

Oh my god that was horrendous with annoying characters and unrelatable situations and even if they were relatable, they brought on horrible life memories (seriously, we all know that jackass asshole in the everyday classroom. he doesn't even change!). It may be my own personal bias, but reading this was just too painful. The main and the extra stories are not worth the read! Don't read this if you want to have a pleasant evening.

Decent shoujo
by flowinmyboat

It's slow and repetitive, which is so sad because it started off with potential to be more than a typical cliche shoujo. Azusa is a likeable character, as is her friend, however the male leads are such archetypes (long-time friend that is attracted to female lead and bad boy that dislikes women due to some trauma in his past).

It's fairly predictable for people who read a decent amount of shoujo but the reviewer beneath me is right, it is pretty entertaining. There are a lot of scenes where I was really amused so it made the series worth the read. It's not a long series, so I would check it out if you have the time but I wouldn't go out of my way to read it.

Funny and deliciously entertaining interspersed with tense bits

Initially, I was inclined to think a lot of parts in this shoujo are deliberately trying to break stereotypes, where characters go out of their way to do unexpected and seemingly contradictory things. Having read 7 chapter, which is roughly half the published amount, I'm seriously wondering why this title isn't more popular. It makes for genuinely entertaining shoujo reading.

Despite the fact that the bad boy character is (to me) extremely unlikable, constantly introducing entropy into the plot when none is required (which is realistically possible in teen heartthrobs I suppose), I'm still engaged with the tantalizing pace and would like to read more given the dynamics between other characters including the princely good guy (who makes audacious and bold remarks ever so often which honestly made my eyes go wide and panties drop!) and the much liked and mysteriously iconoclastic Megane BFF Tamami!

Art is clean and nice, not super impressive in the first go, but it grows on you very quickly. A little repetitive as far as bishie expressions go, but always funny in the actions and gestures portrayed. Dialogues is another reason to voraciously gobble up this read: constantly upfront and in your face, regardless of the situation being angsty, romantically tense or just plain silly.

BTW you need to read chapter 4 if only for THE most intense handholding date ever.

Azusa should get with the glasses girl
by WShin

I really hope the girl with the glasses (her friend) gets Azusa in the end. I totally support a yuri pairing here, since I prefer the friend over the class rep (good guy- cliche) and resident bad boy with heart of gold (misunderstood handsome guy who hates women - cliche)

The girl with the glasses is hot. At least her attitude is, and that makes her pretty hot in my books > biggrin I'm basically only reading it for her, not even for Azusa.

Honestly though, Tamami should've been the main character. I find her loads more interesting than cliche shoujo protag. But then she would've been too smart to land herself a leading role in a shoujo, amirite?

Btw, this isn't a spoiler because it's so freakin' obvious, but we already know she's going with the bad boy who NTRs her on a date with the good guy. When you get ckblocked by kids (lamest managaka-focused interruption ever yo!), you know the guy won't ever have a shot. Just, just give up man.

Can't this be a one shot or something, and then have the rest of the focus be on Tamami and her being badass?

the "annoying" situations, created to make a hate-love relationship between the characters, have a really forced feeling to them. everything else seems cliche in a copy paste manner and i can guess from chapter 1 who she is going to end up with. The drawings are ok,
