This manga compiles some of the mangaka's earlier one-shots, so it's not a surprise the quality isn't exactly the same as her newer works. However as a whole the book is still way above the average standard, which puzzles me as to why it's received rather low ratings. Though I think there are rooms for improvement, the stories nonetheless have this authentic feel that not all mangas succeed to achieve. Fans of Kuju Siam especially should still check it out.

The art is beautiful, the plot is good, but there are better and just regular stories, I love the 2nd story and the continuation. It's a pity that not the whole manga was translated. Jigoku Meguri was better but still it's a good, entertaining yaoi with nice art, original plot (the island theme and dark skined foreginers are pretty rare in yaoi manga) and well drawn sex scenes. It wasn't a waste of time.
