better off not reading this one

i don't understand bun's way of thinking, nor the way he acts. there isn't any reasoning behind him saying one thing and still acting the way he does.

anyway, i feel bad for satoru. he was introduced and had potential for becoming a good story, but oh well. i don't think miyamoto has a knack for doing anything positive with her characters and opts for so much melodrama and toxicity that it comes off as immature and annoying. a shame, but with the mess made in their relationships, i don't think miyamoto even had an actual idea of how to carry out a storyline for them. there's a lot of loose ends, a lot of commentary that isn't fleshed out quite well enough, and i don't see a point to the series anymore.

nagiko is still the only character with some sense of shame in this story.

If you're looking for something real...

This story (like all others by this mangaka) definately has the sense of reality to it.

Assuming one has read the prequel to this sequel, we are once again, introduced to new characters, new partners, and an interesting story.

I have to say that Bun current partner really is too good for him. I think this coupling is kind of cute, but I still miss Daisuke, despite the fact that he's a huge jerk for having a wife and a child. And I don't quite want anything happening with Akio.

Hopefully, in the sequel to this, we well finally find out who Bun belongs to.

I liked the current relationship the most...

Out of all the couples so forth, I liked the present one the best.

Spoiler (highlight to view)
Akio liked to fool around far too much for my liking: not just with men but also with drugs and alcohol. He was nice but his indecisiveness and inability to face up to reality caused him to get into endless problems and situations. Interesting person to read about but fairly unreliable and unstable as a partner. If I'd to say, he's the kinda person who needs a dependable partner who can put up with him and really love him.

While Daisuke? Well... he was a nice guy but a person who can't choose between his wife and his gay lover? Well... I thought Bun was right to let go of him(for now) since they kept flitting back and forth from "attached" to "unattached" and couldn't ever make up their minds whether to call off the relationship or not.

Anyways, I just hope that Bun will really stay with Satoru.

As the other poster has said I have mixed feelings with bun/satoru coupling. I still feel as though Daisuke and Bun should still be a match but maybe we might get a sequal hopefully.

This story did bridge a lot of the gaps that had accumulated since the series started. I still have mix feelings towards the new relationship, somehow even though Satoru is a nice guy i kind of still want Daisuke.....but then i think about what an $@# he was by getting married and i think is better this way. I think there will be probably one more story that will conclude everything, hopefully.
