Description
The story focuses on the life of Gou, a wife of the second Tokugawa shogun Hidetada. Gou was the third daughter of the daimyo Azai Nagamasa, who was married to the sister of Oda Nobunaga. One of Gou's older sisters was the wife of Toyotomi Hideyoshi, while the other married the daimyo Kyogoku Takatsugu.

... The manga jumps from event to event, in such a way that I was personally unable to attach myself emotionally to the characters. Even after so many deaths, I just feel like a big fat block of ice over here...
I have read a book about Hideyoshi. I'm quite suprised about Hideyoshi personality based on mangaka view. At the book I've read, Hideyoshi was drawn to have good personality (but he does have pretty-woman fettish and has harem). Well, maybe it's because the author of the book has respect towards him, or I may have been wrong to judge Hideyoshi personality (I love the story of that book).
This manga is good, the heroine girl is strong. It's still early for me to judge a whole plot of this manga (ch.2). But, overall is good enough to entertain or who's interested about japan history. Well, I'll come again to post my thought after 5 or more chapters has out.
