It's ridiculously fucked up, just what to expect from this particular author. It'd be funny to read the rest as just two chapters had me in a state of slight disbelief and quite a few laughs at the outrageousness. Not fit for children or anyone else for that matter... To find this amusing, you need to like dark humor, the truly dark kind.
Okay, put the protagonist like a punk but instead of killing the old woman (similar to Yubaba from Spirited Away), he rapes her. However, the style is very interesting because it seems a mixture of manga and a bit like Basil Wolverton or Robert Crumb. Almost the entire story is nothing like the original novel made by Fiodor Dostoiesky.
