Why have a plot when you're not gonna develop it?
Rating: N/A

That's the best way I could describe this story, I think.
The character development, the plot development, and even the art at some points, though it is nice enough generally.

I was pulled in by the idea of a yaoi with a mystery and a police officer lead but was sadly... disappointed. Maybe I shouldn't even be reviewing this because I couldn't even bear to finish the thing.
For one thing, people say they like the pigtails, and I admit that it's makes him stand out from other male characters, however in this case that isn't a particularly good thing. I found that even during scenes that were meant to be sad I couldn't take it seriously, one reason being because the pigtails. Really, this guy's a MALE and a POLICE OFFICER but he's got pigtails? Was he disguising himself as a little girl or something? If so, he wasn't doing a very good job.
Other than the pigtails, the character underneath them wasn't all that lovable either. He was... I don't even know. An uke? That was kind of all I got. The seme's personality could be described as seme-like as well. Nothing stood out really.
While on the topic, the seme guy was... boring. He was meant to be someone tormented for lying to this person who cared about him, spending time in a world that he knew was fake, and eventually the uke would think he was a murderer. Yet I just couldn't care less. I would be more interested in him as a character if he really WAS a killer, to be honest. But obviously he wasn't. The uke was convinced he was, but definitely not the readers.
The plot was an interesting idea (though I saw someone compare it pretty well to The Village) but was lost by the fact that it wasn't developed, and was left to rot in the background of some dull characters.

It was hard to decide on a number rating for this one, but if you're on the fence about reading this, I say just don't. Maybe it's just my tastes, but I find it to be shallow with a dull romance and a wasted plot. and pigtails. There is no excuse for the pigtails.

I adore the pigtails! The really breath life into this lively, eager, and happy young man!

I don't usually like time travel story lines, but this one was decently clear to understand and not the focus of the story. The art of the characters is pretty bishounen style; the backgrounds are detailed enough to be comprehensive and decent, but not too detailed to become cluttery.

The story development was pretty average, but there just seemed to be no punch to the relationship and the mystery as it went along. Everything just rolls along, getting more and more clichéd for time travel type stories.

The art for this is lovely, even if the relationship seems oddly hurried. It's an interesting premise, some action, some mystery, with a nice conclusion and great art.

I do wonder about those pigtails that showed up in the first few chapters. There was something about seeing them on an officer that seemed so out of place, for both locations. Perhaps it is a cultural norm that seems off to me because I'm not from Japan?
