This was really something. I mean, the pace felt a little too rushed for me and I think Takafumi and Keisuke's relationship should've been far more developed. Other than that it was just crazy, ahah, but in a good way I guess. I liked Keigo's demanding, kinky twist, plus the overall plot, dealing with obsession and jealousy, is always appealing to me. The sex was definitely steamy (as usual with this artist). I'm still digesting some of it though ah. But again, if you're familiar with the sensei's work, this one shouldn't be a let down.

First, I should say that I love this mangaka's works. They're always out of the box and different, bordering on downright bizarre and even a bit creepy. But, to me, that's her magic.

I don't want to give spoilers, but if you're familiar with her other works, this is no exception to the norm. The twist at the end is great -it actually caught me by surprise. Overall, this story sort of shows what someone is willing to do in an act of pure desperation and I totally dug it.

I love her art. I think her male characters are always gorg (give or a take a side profile that may have gone awry) and I thoroughly look forward to reading everything she puts out because, at the very least, it won't be the "same ol" yaoi.

As with most of SADAHIRO-sensei's works, the story has dark themes with overly psychological problems. Weird, crazy and her art style totally fits that description. However, this one was definitely... "interesting". As other reviews have noted, jealousy, obsessions and sex are the prevailing themes for this story - it is worth a read though.

Except for the eye-ball licking. He did that once, but it fits in really well with the story since it's based around "eyes". As usual, you'll find SADAHIRO-sensei's classic "twist at the end". Although, I'm still not sure what to make of this particular one-shot...

As From the Right is the only story translated, It'll be the only one I review.

With Sadahiro Mika's works I'm never sure if I should be laughing or not. On one hand her stories tend to lean more towards the absurd, but on the other hand, they are pressented almost always in a serious manner, generally with a lot of emotion.

This was no exception, it was bizarre but an odd sort of seriousness to it.

The art style doesn't really fit into what I would really consider pretty, but make no mistake, it's still good art, used well, and conveys the story and expressions well.

god, this is crazy, in a good way tho. absurd style stories to my taste. violent sex, jealousy and mental and physical obsession... dark sides of love that you normally cant see those this naked, can be found in these stories.
