This is Mitsuru-Adachi-ness amplified 100 times. First chapter is all character and slice-of-life quirks so loosely connected I had to struggle to remember who they are, and that's with prior knowledge of his types. So readers are so familiar with his characters he doesn't have to properly introduce them?
One thing to love about Adachi is how effortless we sympathize with his characters to engage in their emotional upheavals, and that's lost here. Still is something to watch out for.
