...seriously. What more can be said? I'll say the same thing I've said of her other non-hentai, yuri titles:
Fasten your seatbelt and make sure you brought your anti-cute goggles. You WILL have a heart attack from cuteness overload if you're not prepared.
This collection is just as great as Morinaga's other works - read it. If you haven't read any of her stuff, check out Girl Friends (heart attack warning on that one, too). Unless yuri is some huge turn-off for you, it doesn't really matter what order you read her titles in - you'll love all of them if you like cute!

Read it.
I've only read 1 & 6 but they're rather nice. It's very relationship centered and nicely drawn. I can sympathise with the main character from time to time. It's a quick nice read.
After reading Girl Friends all those years ago I had, of course, began looking into Morinaga Milk's other works. This volume was very good but still, from what I kinda dimly remember of the stories (only remember two character arcs in my current sleep-deprived state, to be honest) distinctly inferior to what I consider her best work so far, Girl Friends. Then again, in the years since I've only come across perhaps 4 shoujo-ai/yuri series that I feel as are as excellent, though those are all much more dark and angsty, completely different in style.
The NanaxHitomi storyline is often seen as a prototype to the Girl Friends series and it was very exciting a couple of years later when it was announced that Kiss, Sigh, and Cherry Blossoms Pink was getting a part II focusing on them.
Pretty much, if you really liked Girl Friends, go for this.
Oh! And apparently it's licensed, now. So you can buy the official english translation

I do like sweet things. Sometimes I even like overly sweet things, or I wouldn't bother with reading any of Yuri Hime. I didn't dislike this volume because it was too saccharine, then, even though it totally was. What I don't like about these stories is that they try to mix the scintillating with the cute and innocent, and it ends up feeling really creepy. No matter how sweet they try to be, these stories leave a bitter taste.
this one is really cute...i like milk morinaga's art...charms the characters...these are all different love stories among girls...so,if you're into shoujo-ai try it out! not much time to delve deep into the psyche and background stories of the characters but nice one-shot stories nevertheless! now, the only thing i need is a full-lenght shoujo-ai with quite some volume from morinaga
