i like it actually..
even though i thought that it will be kindda tragic..
it will be nicer if the guy got what he wants after all he did...but oh well...its still nice...i like his perseverance and the girl isnt easy to get...
very realistic...

Like the roots of modern manga it's purely entertaining an not pretentious at all.
Is just the story of a simple Japanese boy o wants to be with the simple Japanese girl and this is bounded with the typical sport portraited in modern Japan : Baseball.
Nice and simple.
