This is the first of two manga I've dropped because of their weird interest in depicting an apparently dickless dude beating the piss out of a girl because
.. funny? No. Maybe if you're 12.

It strikes a very nice balance between the slapstick and Plug's struggles against everything pitted against her. Also, we need more series with women being knocked out with bats.

This is a good series. Soon after it starts it really gives you the feel of someone trying to do their job correctly while the bureaucrats just care about the numbers. The characters are just a little off in a good way, enough to avoid feeling cliche. It doesn't fail as a comedy either.

Like Megane007 said, the ecchiness is mild but it's practically unnecessary anyway(especially since it only makes it less mainstream). I don't mind the plug suits because it does add humour to the series and they don't wear it all the time.

I really does consider this a good work in this genre. Not ground breaking but much better done than you might expect.

The hero frequently beats the girls in the manga with a baseball bat. Sometimes leaving them unconscious for hours.
But of course, since they are comic book characters they don't mind and recover completely.
There is also urination.
Quite an entertaining comedy but not for kids

Moe series

Juden-chan is the name given to girls who work as OL which they use electricity to cheer up (recharge) depressed people.
Depressed people are graded into different level of danger. At level A, they are at high risk of suicide. Therefore a company is established to send the invisible Juden-chan to save those people.

Unfortunately the main character often makes mistake and cause trouble. But yet she still handle to save people with some alternative means.

The idea of the story is really quite unique. Added together with the degree of fan service and light comedy, it's somehow entertaining. But it does not surpass the old work, Mahoromatic. Judging from v1, ecchiness is very mild, only some occasional fan service shot.
