I read this quote in a different review of the author's manga, and I highly agree:
This mangaka really doesn't know how to show consent. And by that I mean "at all".
Some of the stories are meant to be consensual, but they absolutely don't feel like they are, they all read like sexual assault, or straight up rape in the worst case. From the dialogue, to the imagery, to the character tropes. It's highly off-putting and, to me, feels awful to read.
If you can deal with that, go ahead, but for everyone else, stay clear of it.

In chapter 6, two guys have sex while the the bottom has AN ACTUAL BABY on his chest that is sucking his previously semen-covered nipples while getting pounded from behind. Involving a literal infant in your sex is played as a "funny scene". I think this counts as child abuse of the highest calibre, jesus christ

Yes, it's PWP. But it's -hilarious- PWP. The parent couple had me in stitches, especially how the seme was obsessed with his uke's "boobies" (not man-boobs, either, full on pecs).
I was glad Himura finally got someone, though it was quite the surprise what he ended up with. Love that last panel of his second chapter- more please.
The other stories are okay, but I really think chapters 5 and 6 take the cake. (Oh wait, chapter 1 takes the cake... Maybe they take the milk? XD)

Somehow this manga ends up being one of my favourite works from SAKIRA-sensei to date. It's basically porn really, those kinds of stories and set-ups are definitely porn-oriented, but then again most of SAKIRA-sensei's works are like that, so truly at the end of the day it just comes to finding out what porn 'stories' are better than others. I have to say that I did 'like' what I read, haha. The stories are absurd alright, totally sillier than ever (some are more than others), but compared to other mangas from SAKIRA-sensei maybe they're not that crazy - to some extent at least.
This is definitely not for beginners. There is porn on almost every page, and it's not censored in the least, so if you're new to BL then be prepared.
Having said that, I personally love this. Even though there is so much smut, I wouldn't call this PWP. Don't get me wrong, this is porn. Every page is either smut or it is just leading up to the sex scenes. But what I mean is, it's not like every story in this is just about sex and nothing else, as there is some plot to each story (especially the ones involving characters from Bousou Kareshi) and there is so much humour too. For instance with chapter 6, "Oppai Fighter", the plot is absolutely ridiculous but it makes me laugh, especially when Ran comes in and his first question is "That my little brother?" XD So while there is loads of sex, there is also some character development too. (Albeit not much, but it's still better than nothing at all)
Also another reason why I think this stands out more when compared to similar manga, is that most of the ukes in this are the larger, more muscular one in their relationships. No stereotypical girly ukes here.
Anyway, if you've read and loved Bousou Kareshi then you must read this too! We get to see a lot more of Ran & Keitatsu, Tsubaki & Seisuke, and even the perverted Himura (who, in spite of his shota complex, is pretty loveable by the end of this!) And of course, there's also poor Tada-kun... his luck really doesn't improve much, haha ^__^
