Decent, but doesn't stand out

I love magical girl manga and sci-fi, so why don't I rate this one higher than a six? The answer to that is that this neat premise is executed in a cookie-cutter sort of way. The characters in a magical girl manga have to be charming, cleverly written and feel like real people that are ripe with personality. This manga puts the minimum effort in those categories, and doesn't do much to really charm the reader into the adventures of Yui. The art is really neat, and the first volume has a hook, but that hook ultimately doesn't deliver in subsequent volumes. Yui's digital companions are cute and well drawn, but feel more like a means to push the plot forward in finding all of them as opposed to fleshed out characters that keep you glued to the pages.

Only pick this one up if you are a magical girl aficionado like myself, and want to experience all of what the genre has to offer.
