Incredible, in a sense.

You would think someone who knows next to nothing about computers would have the good sense to not write a manga around a main character that's supposed to be some kind of awesome hacker type person. On top of that, the art is bland, the story makes little sense, and there is random out-of-place fanservice thrown in here and there.

Good job, collect your one (1) Internet on the way out.
