From 2 chapters, I have yet to find a flaw in the story. The pacing is perfection, the characters are beautifully portrayed, and the plot is so gripping. It's emotional and bittersweet, it makes you smile but it can even make you shed a tear.

By far, the best I've read from this mangaka. I highly recommend it.

The tone is very... serene, and the romance feels real. It's really, really interesting, but the mangaka better explain the time traveling letter.

Right off the bat, the story pulled me in. It's really interesting and so refreshing. Quite a change from Yumemiru Taiyou (which is also good).

I kind of teared up as the chapter went on because I could feel the tragedy and bitter-sweetness that this story is going to have. I'm so curious how this story will continue on and how it will turn out with the help of her future self telling her past self these things.

Of course, I'd prefer it to be a happy ending but I don't want it being a typical, obvious route of Naho saving Kakeru, but you know, we don't even know how he died and other reasons, so its still a mystery. And yeah, I can sense that Suwa likes her and its interesting they ended up together in the future.

All I can say is, 'damn, I want to read more!' Been a while since a shoujo manga has really sucked me in.

Its amazing. The first chapter was so good i fan-girled throughout it. Still i was reading one of the comments below and the person said they didn't want it to take the generic happy ending route, i wonder if it will. I'm a bit apprehensive about that now.

Its a great manga so far at one chapter give it a try!

I thought Orange would be a romantic comedy just like Yume Miru Taiyou, but it's more bittersweet and a tad mysterious when someone knows what could happen in the future. Future Naho wants her regrets to be cleared up and wrote a letter to the present Naho. It seems Kakeru died during those 10 years after their first encounter and it's still not explained why (would be too much for the first chapter anyway).
The art is incredibly awesome and I sense something dramatic to happen.
To make it short: I highly recommend this manga, one of Betsuma's best.

This is quite a change from her previous work yumemiru taiyou. Right off the bat, orange already has that bittersweet flavor. The characters are interesting and you can already connect with them. Though i hope the series wont go the obvious route with Naho saving takeru, living happily ever after, as it would seem like the "future Naho" doesnt appreciate the seemingly happy life with Suwa, who seems to have stuck with her through her loss of Takeru.

That was kind of odd but in a good way. I'm kind of scared about what would happen with Kakeru since she says he's no longer with us in 10 years. Right now, I'll leave the rating at 10 since it's super amazing right now. I love the art, the characters, everything.
It seems as if Suwa has a crush on her. Not sure but there are signs. Glasses guy and Azusa are cute too.

ok so i really like this manga just by the first chapter i can sense the presence of the tragedy that awaits naho in the future damm im all pudgy when it comes to these things i will eventually cry if this manga doesn't let me down cause I know the mangaka doesn't so i hope this manga will continue on keep scanlating please arigatou~~ ^^ (first comment YES!)
