What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?

the first story - Wao, what kinda fast love is that~ well fast love, duh~ == anyways, just too fast pace for me, everything was too sudden!
the second story - Ahh~~~ muuuuuch better, nice storyline
the third story too was interesting.
okay...the fourth story is good too! So it's just the first one...okay, overall it was good! Even Rin has her own lil story, sweet~

The short stories themselves were pretty much typical shoujo, so while they were a nice read, they weren't all that engaging for me. It depends on what you like I suppose... The proprietor of the Dream Shoppe, Rin, though, was a much more facinating character. It would have been good to see more stories of Rin and more depth in the stories and characters.

i liked it really, but i felt the story was too short. i wish there had been more about the dream shoppe (i wish *to Rin* for volumes of Yume Kira Dream Shoppe) lol but really it's a good story
