Liked this better than the anime

I enjoyed the anime version (which I watched a few years ago) at first, but the ending just ticked me off: it didn't really feel to me like it fit with what had gone on earlier in the story.

I was much happier with the way the ending was handled in the manga: it felt like the writer put more time into it and included enough depth to bring it to a good, satisfying resolution.

Spoiler (mouse over to view)
Just because a supernatural creature can't tolerate sunlight, that does not mean they're a vampire: there's a lot more to a vampire than just being injured by sunlight. So don't expect this to be a story about vampires: it's not. The girl is not a vampire, and neither is anybody else.

Edit: I changed the status of this to 'not completely scanlated', because (as far as I can tell) the Prologue has never been scanlated. Also, Ararara-ra said (on another web site) that he hasn't even translated the Epilogue yet, so we still need to wait for that to be released.

God, its the classical supernatural girl wearing a tight mini-skirt, being utterly cute, and falling in love.

Spoiler (highlight to view)
Plus shes a vampire. >.> Even more Cliche.
Although, they don't call her that, it is still Cliche.
