Nozomu has come as a chaperone for his younger sister to a foreign country named Alusamito, where she has to have a marriage interview with a prince, because Nozomuís familyís economical situation is bad. It turns out that the marriage partner is Nozomiís childhood friend, Laud, with which he used to play with. But Laud has changed from the nice boy he used to know, into a man who is arrogant and unlovable...!! Furthermore, Laud suggests to Nozomu, who is already worried about his sister becoming only one of Laud's wives, that he should become his wife in place of his sister...!?

i was looking forward to see them become a couple or telling it to Michiru or something but naaaah
coz of the unfinished feel, i cant give it a better ranking, tho it wasnt bad.

The art is nice, the story is decent, the characters are fun. I liked how the premise was handled. Their family needs the marriage to Raud, so this was a legitimate reason for them to be there and for Nozomu to stay. It was fun watching the exchanges in which Raud was about to let Michiru know about his feelings but Nozomu kept covering them up. It felt culturally adaptive (though I don't know enough about the middle east to know exactly how accurate it is). The only real problem (and the reason I did not rate it 8) is that there is no resolution. While Nozomu makes some progress in his feelings toward Raud, he never actually agrees to the arrangement. His sister never finds out about their relationship, and worse of all, Raud's uncle schemes are not foiled. It felt like it could have added a lot more to the story: some more interactions between Raud and Nozomu till he finally realized he did actually love him back, Michiru beginning to wonder why Raud is paying Nozomu instead of her, and ultimately his uncle's plan being foiled.

Seriously, the story is so good. The art is gorgeous. I love Ruri-sensei's style of drawing seme (like, so manly, model-like, hot bodies, etc) and the love and angst was entwining so sweetly. But then, CUT. The manga is just simply OVER when the two male leads are going to reach their happy ending. I hope it was some sick joke, but it wasn't. However, I would love to look forward to reading more Fujikawa Ruri-sensei works in the future.

If you're like me, you've probably read a ton of Arabian-themed yaoi and are sick of the raperaperape + Join-My-Harem-Super-Arrogant-Seme. Thankfully, this is a rare gem that is NOT like that.

The story is nicely paced, with a seme who gently treats the tsundere uke like a real person instead of another person to add to his harem (le gasp!). This was a enjoyable read for those tired of the same o'l Arabian-yaoi cliches.

I also understand the story finishes off without completing all the lose ends, thankfully there is still a sequel to be read smile

If one has read other yaoi set in an arabian environment, one has practically read this one as well. It's not bad, but it doesn't bring anything new. The art is good, and the sister became my favorite... in a yaoi manga...

The one bad thing about this one is the ending. I didn't really get it was the ending, and I had to double check that it really was finished. It was really abrupt.

I know it says it is over... but it just ended.. nothing was really resolved at the end. I feel that there is still more to the story. It was a good enough story that had a good flow going with it. But disappointed if that really was all of it.
