I like it, because it actually has a background.

Yeah, the artwork is somewhat nice and even to fawn over a few minutes, but moreover - The storyline and decisions of the characters have a background story. It's slowly coming to light, why the act the way they do and why they are really in this kind of relationship. It's something many oneshots lack and therefore this one goes right into my fav list. I would recommend it anytime as some stuff for in-between. ^^
