Dame BL is "a collection of BL oneshots written by some of the lesser-known participants in the genre (and some you may be familiar with already), with a focus on less conventional settings and characters. We're very far away from high school here, which hopefully you'll agree makes a pleasant change of pace."

I loved the first story, Be Here to Love Me, and the fourth one, Natsu no Saigo ni Yosete. It's good to see something new and refreshing from time to time. The first story was definitely something diffrent and I look forward to seeing some more work of this author.
The fourth story, well I cried. That should explain alot.

Wow this was awesome I love them all
1) Was so funny and great and i love that style of art
2) Was so sweeeeeeeeeet, and the ending was like "oh well." ;_: so sweet.
3) Ah 3 is kinda, wah? I didn't really fully get it to be honest but it involved corruption
4) WHY U DO THIS TO MY FEELS ;_; I had tears in my eyes, but it was very sweet and a really great depictian of age.

the stories are basically shounen-ai...such a let down for me 
BUT nonetheless some of the stories were truly interesting, because the main point of each story are different (not all of them are feet fetishes).

I really adore the story about the two old men reminiscing their younger days. the part where the partner dies just get you (aww~~~don't die)
i really adore the stories told in this collection I loved some of the stories, didn't like others. It's hard to give the whole anthology one rating since the stories are veeery different-- in art, seriousness, etc. etc. The variety is really something. But, I think it is worth to take a look. What makes the anthology stand out is the originality and uniqueness, the stories are fresh.

When reading other typical BL manga, I sometimes get the feeling that "something is missing". THIS is what was missing. This little spice of life. You can really feel the passion that the mangaka put into their stories here.
I truly loved this experimental volume. Taking chances in the publishing world is a no go, so I'm very glad that this showcases the "bad" BL that was rejected by publishers.
I really liked the columns as well. I would totally read manga based on those wild and whimsical ideas! (The FtM and cis-male romance that Psyche Delico mentioned really peaked my interest...)

Natsu no Saigo ni Yoset: 10/10
This is probably one of the very very few BL manga I've read that my tears flow effortlessly while reading through the panels. This is so touching. The art is very fitting and the setting too. The story is very well executed. I'm gonna look forward to the other works of this mangaka.

Unusual stories, for when you're fed up of classic yaoi.
These one-sots are very much not conventional, and they're almost perfect in their originality. Extremely refreshing, with lots of different settings, characters and atmospheres to get your kicks from. ;D
1-> Funny story with a lovely twist at the very end, and a great use of the fetish. ^^
2-> Bittersweet 'impossible love' type. Great story for such a small amount of pages to develop, and interesting concept at the end.
3-> Not yaoi, but interesting nonetheless; boxing, betting and corruption.
4 -> T_T So sad... and yet such a sweet tribute to life.
8 -> Maybe that's just me, but I found this extremely disturbing. I didn't get what was going on till the end. But, great concept! ANd it's a great allegory of changing feelings of love between human beings as well, imo.
9 -> Somehow disturbing, but it makes one think. About stockholm (and Lima) syndrome, and how it happens...
10 -> Funny! XD I love the personalities of both characters, a gentle, weak big guy, and a cunning, strong-willed young boss.
11 -> I love unexpected evolution of 'roles' in yaoi couples... ^^

Very interesting so far. My only issue was reading the first chapter release, expecting something like the cover, and getting a bittersweet sad story instead. Despite the angst, it was a great story. Thankfully the next one was about the guys on the cover, which was also great. Not many manga have fetish done well, they usually just stick it in there for the people who like it but they do it so horribly that it is often not worth reading. Dame BL's fetish story, however, was definitely enjoyable!
