This manga had potential. As a fan of shounen battle manga this was one of the coolest stories to grace Shounen Jump in a few years in the genre. It had cool designs, not overly complicated, a likeable main character, cool world and the powers were over the top, but most of all a comedy side to it. This manga reminded me a lot of The Law of Ueki by Tsubasa Fukuchi especially the over the top powers and the "heaven" setting. But sadly it didn't appeal to the japanese audience and was axed. A shame really. I hope the artist comes back soon. This is his first published work. Overall 8/10

this manga would be one of the best shounen manga like naruto and bleach if they continued it. such a sad things that the ending would turned into something with a fast-unfinished pace like this.

I really didnt want to read this until it's fiished so when I saw the status "Complete" I hurried and downloaded it. Then I realized 17 chapters seemed too short and until around ch.11/12, my
suspicions were confirmed. I think this has an interesting plot and I would like to know what will happen to them (and what happened before they got the cloaks). Although the art/style is very typical shounen manga-ish and also Yamato's characteristics (i.e. dont do well with girls). But all in all I really like this manga.

It is a very good manga, however it was very short.
From Ch. 15 till 17, they can expand it so much to be more than 100 Ch.
I really surprise about this shortness.

This manga is a bit typical for shonen but was proving a light read that I could enjoy. Unfortunately it's one that seems to have ended. The end occurs right after a time jump with a lot of open questions unanswered.

I find it funny that guy below is saying that the manga is childish or for young boys when it specifically says it is a SHOUNEN manga, now maybe he is new to manga and doesnt know, but that means that the manga is for boys specifically children. So yea your point is retarded. Ok now off to the manga, if you watch manga for the same reason I do, entertainment, then you will love this manga. It has everything a good manga needs, badass main character, interesting/unique story, nice side characters, action and badassery all over the place, some comedy, a sprinkle of drama, a tiny hope of some romance and wolah a great manga is born. Some people cannot appreciate simple mangas like this one, I usually call these people closet homos/narutards ( ex: whitespade). If you enjoy simple entertaining manga where the main character is not a sissy then this is the manga for you.

i tried to enjoy it, I really do, but it is painfully childish. and not in a good childish way like one piece, but bad childish way like any other generic shounen I cant remember because they are too childish. the protagonist is painfully shounen - value friendships, very strong, a bit tsundere-ish, big eater, spiked hair etc. the art is also too plain to distract oneself.
only read if you are new to manga, or new to jump stuff.i think a very young boy will like this.

Both Loryogi and BlackOnion are right: this is amazing. The art is great, gory yet not annoyingly so, and I like that others could be introduced without it becoming a desperate attempt for action by the mangaka. (Yes, I realise I just repeated them, but it's worth it!)

Agree with Loryogi.

The history is made in such a way that new enemys can be made to have any power with no limitation without seeming out place and that is always a nice plus, especially if you don't go into the "demons", "angels" and the like territory.

This manga will probably be quite popular soon. (too bad lupajenge needs help and can't release faster :/)

Amazing shounen with seinen like goriness, the art is amazingly detailed or thats how i see it especially the double spreads,and most important thing that the main lead is deserves to be the main lead.

Edit : This manga had the potential but too bad the author decided to rush it.
