Description
From Yen Press:
The near future. A terrible battle against a parasitic virus called "Gastrea" has been fought...and lost. Humanity is cornered and lives in despair. Rentaro and Enju face constant danger in their work as a team of specialists working for the Tendo Civil Security Agency, one of several groups dedicated to fighting Gastrea. Enju is one of the "cursed children," who survived the virus and gained superhuman powers as a result. A crazed top-hat-wearing terrorist is on the loose but Rentaro's got his hands full just dealing with his fellow civsec agents.

Hmm right from the beginning there's a lot of dark themes being thrown around, hardly any humour, plot was rushed too much, even the anime was announced in chapter 12. Compared to several shounen series which normally would be after chapter 50.
Plot is similar to Tokyo Ghoul in the deliberations between human and monster and the war that goes between the two, and the 'middleman'.
Plot kinds of feels like it was pulled from various manga series, and what with the over-serious melodrama, it feels too much packed into each chapter.
Had much potential, but was destroyed.

Art is good, but apart from that manga is seinen only in a gory way : the plot is way too simple and predicable... I don't mind that, if the execution is good, but here it's way too fast-paced! The story would have benefited by at least twice the chapters to get there (ch16) in the plot. Character development is way too weak and I haven't felt any attachment to them until now...
