Loveable characters (especially the two main guys and their (female!) friend), interesting -- if not terribly original -- concept (the angels who invaded Earth were actually summoned by humans in the first place, and their subsequent attempts to kill them only aggravated the angels' fury), a surprisingly good backstory and solid personalities for the protagonists... And yet, A+B gets a rushed, inconclusive ending at 2 volumes, while infinitely less worthy manga get 10+ volumes, usually by virtue of irrelevant romance or brainless fanservice *Sigh*

The main characters are solid, good chemistry, good action and identifiable, but the ending is so rushed you can almost hear the shoehorn shoving everything in. There's an info dump in the last three pages that clears up nothing, the introduction of several new characters and so many losse threads the whole thing is a fire hazard.

Characters are great and the pacing was good until suddenly it's a rush; an obvious sign this was axed. Sad, because it definitely deserves more chapters in it and based on the first half of it, the author was definitely hoping for it to run longer.
