I was willing to look past the cliches that popped up here and there but not even three chapters in, it goes full retard with what may, with no exaggeration, the dumbest excuse for non-lethalism in an action series ever. The fleet comes under attack from pirates, and after effortlessly slaughtering all of these faceless goons, the hero is met with a tongue-lashing on how killing is always bad, even if they mean you harm, and in this scolding, the lecturer literally says the reason they have weapons is to discourage enemies from fighting them and nothing more, that to use them is a heinous sin. M.A.D., an already contentious theory, may hold true for nuclear weapons, but certainly does not apply to small arms. A complete unwillingness to use force in the face of an unrelenting force is dumb, but to say it with such absolutism and conviction is too dumb to continue with.

This single instance of profound stupidity made me drop it at chapter three, so maybe it inexplicably becomes the best thing ever afterward, but I'll never know, and hopefully you heed my warning and don't try and find out either.

as soon as the leaves anime series ranobe, short stories - manga once it becomes popular and makes its way to the tops rankings, but a month later, 2 of the manga tend to forget ..

i really see a loy of potential in this manga
the art is great
the characters are fresh and interesting - especially the main character -
the story isnt what i thought would be a typical and predictable mecha/space warriors defeating aliens.
the story takes an unexpected change at the beginning and makes you wonder whats gonna happen next which i think is very necessary in a story.

the main character is thrown into a unkown and foreign world with different or what we call a normal environment and has to somehow adapt
the time skip just makes everything more exciting
