Description
The twins Maria and Noel have always lived together and are very closely linked. When Maria decides to enter Morinomiya School because of the beautiful eyes of its basketball coach, Noel, who refuses to be separated from his sister, decides to enter the same establishment. Unfortunately, there are no spots left for boys. He thus decides to pass himself off as a girl! But school life is not easy when one must constantly play in a comedy! Especially when Noel rapidly falls in love with Miyu, a fellow classmate, while he himself is courted by another student.

I loved this manga. It was funny,sweet,very cute and most importantly didn't try to be something it wasn't. There were times that i feared it would turn serious but it stayed true to itself. The only real problem i had with it is how suddenly it ended. If your looking for a sweet little manga to make you smile after a hard day I highly recommend this one.
The beginning was good and i liked it, but the ending just threw me off completely. It just ended and I got tired of Maria cause she was WAY too easy. Noel was hilarious but, I would've liked it if he came out and told everyone that he was a guy.

Mint na Bokura was very cute in my opinion! Whenever Maria got together with those first two guys, I enjoyed them and got mad when they broke up. But until Maria and Sasa were together I liked it way better that way. I even got annoyed when Yoshiaki and Liliko came into the story to disrupt their relationship near the end!
I liked the Noel and Miyu relationship also, except for the almost-kiss in the last chapter while Noel was dressed up as a girl, but not a guy...
I found it funny in a few parts, like in the last chapter when Maria found the purikura photo stickers, of Noel and Sasa kissing in the beginning of the manga, in his photo album!
Anyway, I'm glad Mint na Bokura was complete already before I even read it, because I would have to wait for the scanlation group to translate it.

noel is sooo cute. i love noel soo much. i think the best couple would have been noel and sasa (but not in like a shounen-ai sort of way).
yeah, the ending was way too abrupt but the manga's still good cuz noel is really cute with all his/her expressions.

This series was so-so. It got really boring and you could predict a lot of things. The ending felt very non-completed, it left you off with some major unanswered questions. Definitely not the best of mangas; but it was ok.
i have Wataru's manga Marmalade Boy and i really liked that manga. i decided to read this cuz it sounded interesting and i couldnt find any good complete scanlated mangas. I read it and at first im lyk.. hm.. it's okay.. and as i read.. MARIA

the fact that maria went with Sasa ^-^. i kinda expected that but i was doubtful too. but they ended up together and KISSED! kyaa <3. it was really cool how sasa knows everything about Maria's bf's (cuz they talked all the time) and likes her the way she is ^-^. I also loved how Noel went back together with *his roomate* 4got her name >.<. and they KISSED <3.

I love Wataru Yoshizumi's art, and so it is fun reading this series about Maria and Noel. Noel, I think, is cuter as a girl, and so I can't get used to him as a boy. The thing I don't like about this manga, is that it is kind of pointless. The story is boring, and mainly focuses on how Maria's relationships fall apart, and how Noel is dealing with being a girl.
I loved reading this manga! It was cute, funny, sweet... Everything I like a shoujo manga to be! However, the ending seemed very incomplete, like it needed another chapter or two to finish it.
I would've given this manga a 10, if not for the less-than-great ending.
And for those confused about the number of volumes, it's a 6 volume series in Japan. However, the scanlations came from the Spanish version - which was released in 16 smaller volumes.
