Description
When he was younger, Kujou Kiyosumi was incredibly awkward and nerdy. One day in elementary school, he courageously confessed his love to a girl, but she told him in front of the whole classroom that he was "disgusting" to be around.

Shocked, Kiyosumi asked the coolest guy in the class, Sagiya Maki, to help him become more likable, too. Thus began the days of training and now in high school, he had finally achieved most popular status alongside Maki. Everything seemed to be going along smoothly until...

Rushed?

The ending was really rushed, with a simple 'no ending' sort of feeling.
But I had really like how the mangaka had portrayed Kiyosumi and Maki's relationship. How Maki becomes Kiyosumi's support when Kiyosumi starts to lose faith in himself.
In my opinion, the addition of the female lead was quite unnecessary. It felt as if the mangaka just placed her there, so that Kiyosumi would have an obstacle to face. Frankly, I'd had rather Kiyosumi and Maki end up together.
The ending was really rushed, but the context was enjoyable. It shows how Kiyosumi isn't just a ikeman, but also very kind-hearted, to have even worn the womaniser Maki over to his side. I really appreciate how the Mangaka had drew the short omake of Maki's meeting with Kiyosumi in the past, and how she had portrayed how Maki respects Kiyosumi a lot, and why Maki supports Kiyosumi so much. So much till I had troubles believing that Maki isn't in love with Kiyosumi.
Seriously, those two should just get together. I'm having high hopes for the mangaka's other work that have 2 bishounens living together!

Too much Bromance, not enough romance, and rushed.

For the first volume is was overwhelming how much bromance there was. I honestly feel this could have been a much better yaoi ...
I thought the first chapter was okay, then I started getting more for the next 6 or so chapters. It started picking up a bit towards the end, but that ending was so rushed.

Honestly I would just say pass this, don't waste your time reading this because most of it is pretty typical, and the ending was terrible.

The end

I think the end was quite forced. It's like the author was forced to put the manga to an end.
The story itself wasn't al that bad, I only thought it should've gone on for at least another 10 chapters.

Don't really like the final

It annoys me that there isn't a proper end. The story ends abruptly, like there's gonna be another chapter after it, but no. We are left without any kind of conclusion.
The story was cute nonetheless. It's true that it was a bit cliché, but well it's still a cute read.

This really went downhill. I am amaaazed at how this managed to drag out into two volumes. At the end of chapter 2 I was like is it done yeet? It would have been better as a oneshot because basically everything was unoriginal. Everything. I skipped some chapters before I just went to the ending and oh the finale is everything you expected it to be.

Cute

A cute, albeit cliche story that was carried out quite well.
Yes, the story is predictable with all the stock characters, but I enjoyed it. The art was pretty and the characters were all likeable. If the manga had been any longer, I don't think I could have read on because there was no real plot or character growth to keep the story moving, but because it was only two volumes, it was fine.
For me, the main criteria come down to the likeability of the characters, and I liked Kujou, Maki and Aran.

I think it's a pretty good story..well I was mainly attracted to the art. Maki is soo hot! I wish there was a sequel....I still don't get Maki's character...so mysterious. Either way, I think the mangas done by this author are all weird.

Refreshing and sweet

I enjoyed this manga very much, and highly recommend it for a quick, light read. Sure, it's full of shoujo, school romance cliches, but it somehow manages to turn those cliches into a story about self-discovery and staying true to yourself. The male perspective also mixes it up a bit, the art is very nice (yay bishies!), and the comedy is amusing. I disagree with the comments that the characters are unappealing; I think they have an understated authenticity which is especially endearing.
Overall the manga is like a sweet snapshot of the high school experience of a boy who is learning about love, friendship, and most of all, about himself, but written in a very light-hearted and amusing way. Again, I highly recommend it.

I agree with everyone. This was super cute. I thought that Kiyo-chan's personality was just so adorable. But truthfully I like both Kiyo-chan and Maki-kun. They were the cutest of friends. Though I did find myself more drawn to Kiyo-chan because underneath his sexiness he was still a big nerd. But I liked Maki-kun a lot too so I'm kind of torn :-(
I also agree that the ending was fitting. It was just like Kiyo-chan and that's why it worked so well. I don't agree about Kiyo-chan and Maki-kun getting together though. Although it was evident that Maki-kun did like Kiyo-chan. I don't think it was that kind of like. I think it was more of a deep fondness and appreciation for each other. Soo Cute!!

The ending was ok. It'd be rushed if it ended in another way -as a shojo manga that is-
I think It'd be really good as a shounen-ai, cause they have a perfect relationship with Maki, and it's obvious that he likes him, not just because I'm a yaoi fangirl... Such a waste.
