I liked the early chapters of this Manga but by now I've gotten boored with it. There are only so many times that a girl can dump on a guy, even by mistake, and he still chase after her. By now, I'm hoping he dumps her for good and goes with the girl chasing him. No man is this persistent.

In this manga are more cliches than in ten others together, it`s just too sweet and innocent for me. It´s more like a love fairytale in modern ages and anything but realistic, it would be fine but this is so far away from reality I couldn`t force myself to read more than a few chapters.

The protagonist is the most pathetic character I've ever read about, oh well, if he was even a standard comedy manga indecisive guy, he'd have gotten the girl right away.

*Edit* Ok, he's still a crybaby, but he's gotten better, i do appreciate the growth in this series, though I find that these roms have too many troubles piled up at a time, mangakas need to pace a little more imo

Good But...

Starting about Volume 9, the drama builds to silliness. You know that if the 2 of them are in a room and the miscommunication might possibly be cleared, then something will happen. He writes a letter, you know she won't ever get it. Its a frickin joke. So good, but... Probably best to just wait on this and read the end to find out how things turn out. All this silly buildup does nothing to advance the story, and skipping it wouldn't hurt things in the slightest.

goldminer is ridiculous. This is drawn in a cartoony style, as is nagisa and everyone else. What makes the main character ugly compared to anyone?Glasses? something a lot of people find endearing... Early in the manga there's only three contenders, while other ones of varying qualities come and go. The main character is actually the one with the second best job and the second best looks relative to the other two. He's fit but not muscular ect. He's also the one that gets a long with Nagisa on a day to day basis as oppose to having nothing in common with the other two or less compatible(I don't want to use the word incompatible) personalities on a day to day basis.

Let's also be clear that both main characters are trying to figure out how to have a relationship and it's not just one constantly screwing up or making mistakes. In a very pure way, this becomes about how hard relationships are while also showing the good.

goldminer also has no concept of what nature dictates. And doesn't understand that there's more at work in surviving than just beauty. There's intelligence in surviving, behavior that allows people to get along ect. There's also no one standard to beauty either.

Also about what kanakosoup says; The manga doesn't start out with the main character with a lot of women surrounding him, and he starts by being told he will have horrible luck with women. The main female character has only had one very short, comedic, big eared guy pursuing her at the beginning. It's a long manga and the effort and hardwork the main male character displays eventually gets some other women looking.

I hope people notice the other positive reviews that go into things I didn't cover.

Great story love the art work the only thing that makes it a difficult read it that the main male character is the biggest wuss alike and he needs to grow a pair. the female lead is ok hot headed but funny in my book.
If you can stand watching a man with nothing between his legs then its a good read,

This manga is pretty much nonsense that takes on forever without further development. Lame main male character who look and act like an id*** even though surrounded by cute girls.

If you like reading manga that allows the main female character to be pushed down in a hotel or car, touched and dated by other boys and the main male character would just look and do nothing and worse the main female character would also do nothing but cry (ohhh little shy girl) then this is for you.

I couldn't get into it. It took forever for anything to happen, and the story was just a series of easily avoidable mistakes and misunderstandings, one step forwards, five steps backwards every chapter. One or two volumes and it would have been an amusing series. 17 (!!) whole volumes and it's just torture. I quit after volume 1.

This manga was really old-fashioned. It resembles Maison Ikkoku so much, with addition of ecchi biggrin. The protagonist is a little excessively wimpish, indecisive. Anyway, I like it, perhaps I'm at the age for serious relationship.
If u enjoy this manga, should read Maison Ikkoku and Kimagure Orange Road. Those two are really masterpieces IMO.

generic?

The plot and the setting is just too similar to the classic maison ikkoku except this time around, more ecchi, protagonist more pathetic than anything else I've ever read. Humours are cheaply done with very generic situational comedy.

I got bored after 3 volumes... if you think this is good, read maison ikkoku - at least the humours are more well-done and the characters' interaction/feeling are more reasonable.
