Description
In ancient times, at a lake somewhere in the middle of Eurasia, lived people (ハムランムル) with the ability to transform into animals. But soon internal quarrels forced the population apart into four tribes, which then scattered all over the world. Fast-paced. Just enough information to leave the plot still mysterious and curious, but not irritating from the lack of information.
Hinting of romance, but still doubtful. Might be a harem.
Two sides fighting for dominance over their race: one led by the lion, and another led by the tiger.... Or so that's how I think the plot will turn out to be. May be interpreted as a 3-way battle, including the hunters of the animal-human race into the mix.

Well, I'm so delighted that we scanlate this manga, story wise this is good, phasing is fast, balanced story line, and good mysteries and surprises, i will not be surprise if this will be a big hit considering art is wonderfully drawn and story is well written.. It is very good coz artist and author is not the same, meaning, they can concentrate with each especialities.. ^_^ and let's not forget the translator who made this thing possible, PROzess.. thanks man.. we salute you..
Interesting premise ruined by awful storytelling and characters who become dumb in crucial times so that the bad guy can succeed initially. Usually an indication that the author was unable to put together a good plot.

The beginning is well developed and interesting plot but it becomes rushed and characters don't get developed. It's not a bad read but it could have been more. At least the author was given a chance to give it an ending.
Chalk this up with all the other amazing premises that couldn’t or just didn’t get the opportunity to flesh out into a intriguing story. The opening is a good plan, but the plot rushes forward and stumbles over itself, character development and character synergy is not very good. The art is very well drawn and I really wanted to like the characters, just too many plot holes and misplaced plot jostling and play out ruined the manga.
At 14 chapters, it’s a very quite read and the art very nice and clean, but disappointment awaits the reader. Give it a run through if you are killing time.

It seems interesting until you realize what it's made of: simplistic characters, decent artwork, and odd bits that don't make sense.

The main characters use an animal based telepathy to bridge their language gap, yet they sometimes get overheard by people who don't have that ability...
Interesting premise, even though transforming-humans-into-animals doesn't leave that much in terms fighting variability. Bite, Claw, Scratch, rinse and repeat.
The only saving grace from this series is the artwork, which is decent, especially the character design of main heroine.

this is a really great manga up to chapter 12 but in chapter 13 they start rushing to the ending this manga had the potential to be over 100 chapters long and they are throwing that all away so i am only giving this manga a 5 for wasting a good/original storyline.
I've read all the available raw chapters and the manga exceed my expectation. This plot is nothing new and somewhat generic but it's truly a masterpiece in term of artwork and the way the story is told. As for main characters, they are beautifully presented and undeniably lovable.
This manga is based on a light novel. So far, the light novel version already has 12 volume. Anyone has information about the novel?
