Sad.. I really liked this couple. I wouldn't mind "incest" in this case. Not sure where the author wanted to go with it, as I understand they axed it so he had to finish it abruptly. Aaaanyway, I like the art and the characters, can't wish for anything else.

Suprising manga

Starts out as a sweet comedy romance series with a little bit of drama.
Recent chapters introduce a heavy psychological aspect.
Most manga stick to the same themes and character behavior from start to finish, so I commend this manga for actual keeping me guessing as to what will happen next.

This manga has been a sweet shoujo with a tinch of drama up until chapers 16-18, check it out until that point because it sure as hell is different, you can choose to drop it or keep going at that point at your liesure.

Started out pretty good but around the 11th or 12th chapter it just got really wacky. Kinda seems like all the characters are silly and don't take anything seriously but then the next moment they are super serious and "drama" starts. I know there is supposed to be a lot of comedic moments but it feels like the comedy and drama aren't paced well at all.
edit: Looking at the comments and at the ending...LOL glad I dropped this 2 years ago

So sweet I feel like crying tears of joy

Awww, this is by far the sweetest romance manga I've read so far. The genuinely awkward situations and realistic responses. I really empathise with the protagonist.

I mean, so many of us have had a crush on the cutest girl in school, and it's a breath of fresh air to read a romance story where the protagonist doubts himself (as most of us did) and wants to but really can't believe that that girl is actually interested in him. It's beautiful to see the two of them being pulled together by circumstances. It's as if you simply can't believe the girl is interested in you, and you put any events that happen between the two of you as coincidence.

Strangely enough, I've actually had many experiences like the protagonist while I was at school, and surprisingly, later when I'd moved on, it came out that those girls actually liked me back. It's so ironic. It's great to finally read a manga where I can truly empathise with the protagonist.

Anyway, 10 thumbs up for this series. This one definitely trumps Tora Dora, which was my previous favourite.

I've been a fan of Takemiya-sensei previous works. Tora Dora, Our Dearest Tamura is a good indicator to what I will expecting in Evergreen. Sweet, comedic high school love stories with cliffhangers to bear through. Not much of a review, but this represents my hopes for this series.

TL;DR - Innocent awkward comedic love school stories. Expect tissues.

Seriously, they are always turning me away from what might be a decent series.
"And what will become of him as the sports teacher orders him to have at least "one secret swimming class lesson" where no one is supposed to be looking, whereas he normally skips class activities due to personal matters?"
Hm, I wonder. Only genuinely pure, child-like thoughts I'm sure!

So far it seems quite good. The disabled male protagonist has been seen before but I do not think one with low self esteem has been done. Though I sorta saw the end of the second chapter coming....

Im looking forward to this one
