Description
Rion is on a mission to find her missing friend Shihoko. Her only two clues are a card given to her by Shihoko and a confession that her best friend was in love with a vampire. Thus she heads down to a club filled with pretty male escorts whom she insists are vampires. Suou, the owner of the club, insists that he doesn't know anyone by the name Shihoko at all.
He claims that the hosts are not vampires. After he tries to chase her out of the club, Rion throws a very, very expensive bottle of wine onto the ground to prove that she is not leaving until she finds the truth--and finishes paying ... More...

it was good but yea i think it would have been better if it was a bit longer since it didn't explain what was happening i mean it was like the author just dropped the story rather then the manga being only 1 volume long.
and frankly, I don't know where the romance comes in. There's only slight, slight, slight hints of it (warning: possible spoiler follows) so for the people who have been hoping for a full blown relationship/ actual courtship/ reciprocated love, I'm sorry to say: be prepared to be disappointed. :-/
Anyway, as expected of Yuki Kaori, the artwork's fantastic. Story-wise... well, the ride sure was entertaining, but it's just too short. So much more character development could have been done, not to mention how she could have (and should have) delved into their histories so that readers aren't left with that many questions. Bit of a pity, really.

Its not really interesting when your start reading but as you continue your hooked

actually there isa jdrama baised on this manga "Vampire Host" (or is it manga based on drama?) any ways it's the same story at the start about rion and suo meeting because she's looking for her friend but in the drama there is more to the story though it's not romantic at all
When I first started, i wasn't very interested but then i started to like it but then i'll have to wait till the next chapter is translated and scanned. I really want to know what happens next. I can't wait till the romance part. I like supernatural mangas and this is definitely a give it a try manga.
A really grea series with a very seductive vampire in my opinion. And of course by that, I also meant that the artwork is really good. o_o
The story line is pretty interesting, although I was a bit confused at the beginning, but overall it's unique in many ways. :3

I have high expectations from the manga but what can you expect from a oneshot, right? Too bad... I liked the vampire-kid character with a foul mouth. ^_^

I loved this story, though there are better, but i love vampire-shoujo mangas
. I't quite good, but i think the author could have made it a bit more long and deep, he could have taken more out of the plot. i would have liked it to have a more happy and reaviling (whys?) ending, but thats just me, i'm just a cry baby i think.

It was ok. I've read better vampire manga's. I didn't quite understand the whole "i'm imortal so lets wait for her to be reborn again" things...again another good oneshot that whould have been great series.
I wubby my vampires (squeals). If you like vampire's, you should try this. Lots of bishies ^^
