Honjou sensei's art is as always very beautiful and the sex scenes were well drawn but I found myself unable to fall in love with this manga. It just wasn't my style. I kept hoping the uke would just fuck the seme, I like the seme to be willful and when the uke was like that I wanted him to change positions....

The comments are all over the board on this one, aren't they? Here's my take:

First, the "H-training" in this is pretty light compared to what you might be thinking it is. There's a bit of tying, use of a collar and leash, and a threesome, but that's it. They show some other toys, but those aren't used (that would've pushed it into true S&M).

I like the fact that the top (what most would call uke) doesn't just roll over and do whatever the bottom wants - he has a mind of his own and he's not afraid to be in control. In fact, he likes to be in control and never thought he'd find an adult willing to accommodate his every whim. But he doesn't want to spring his tendencies on the adult all at once, so he hides his nature and shows what he likes over time.

But it never goes into true S&M, and it isn't really intended to be psychological yaoi. I do like how the seme's and uke's mentalities play into each other's hands, but I wouldn't really call that psychological. If you read the "story" with that understanding, it probably won't be as disappointing as it was to some.

I thought the sex scenes were well drawn, and I like Honjou-sensei's art. Overall, I liked the story because the uke isn't a pushover. I wouldn't call it a cliche story, for sure. I wish there were more stories like this one.

As for the one-shot, Happy Boy, there are some vibrators and one scene of S that you can gloss over. Otherwise, it's not too bad either. It's a cute short story, though fairly cliche, of male prostitute falling in love with a client.

THIS IS SO GOOD!!!!!!!!!!!! Honjou rie has like the best drawings ever!!!!! (especially those smex scenes *drool*) although this is pretty smutty lol and it has a little plot but not much (but who cares with those AMAZINGLY hot hot sex scenes??) so if u want somethin with more plot (but still good sex scenes) she has a few other books u could try too that are amazing. anyways, recommended! Gave me like a 2 month yaoi fix lol ;D

for what it was it was good. but personally i thought that the seme was too much of a lil bitch! but that just gives me insight into myself. other then the pussywhipped(well....dickwhipped) seme....it was ok.

I just read all the previous comments, and coulnd't help thinking 'REALLY?" Chitose piyoko exists and you claim you REALLY haven't seen anything as smutty as this? Fisting would have completely SHOVED this manga into hardcore s/m and made it even harder, for many more people, to read. How oblivious the seme was to what was really happening to him was a bit extreme, but overall, the manga was okay.

It took me some thinking for me to come up with the reason why this leave such a bad taste in my mouth; the mangaka doesn't get the psychological dynamics of real S/M. The "bottom" is not really some closet sadist but a manipulative bastard and the "top" is too dumb know that he is being played. The only way to make this manga better would be if in Chapter 4 the bottom goes to a real s/m club and gets fisted.

Honjou Rei, you are usually pretty good. What hell where you thinking when you wrote this? I'm sorry but the sex, though hot, is not redeeming this manga in my eyes.

the story is pretty much a cliche especially in the yaoi circles, thought the story doesn't really have a point (which is basically what yaoi means literally {its in wiki} ) . the art is okay and also graphic , the other commentors where right in calling this manga smutty/porn

i gave this manga a score of 7.5 because of its graphicness in the smutty areas which include the threesome, make my scoring higher

I didnt like this one... the uke has the seme sleep with another guy to "prove" that he loves him... right...? it was just weird, if you really care about someone, wouldnt you get jealous if your partner is sleeping with someone else infront of you?

Definitely first time I've come across a yaoi this sexual. I'm kind of disappointed there aren't a lot more heh. The plot is basically non-existant after reading the first two chapters, but essentially revolves around the teenager having the adult do kink (collar & leash, threesome) to prove he loves the teenager.

It's basically porn; some will get off to it, others will be put off by how "graphic" it is compared to other manga's. The score's a definitely subjective to people's tastes.
